Service requests:

We respond to tenant requests in a timely manner and organize the work of the relevant contractors. We respond to all requests for service within one business day. We respond quickly to force majeure situations.

Contractors:

We engage professional and trusted contractors as needed. We select the most optimal performers in terms of price and quality and inform the Owners about it. We organize turnkey work and bring down the price of work as much as possible. After the completion of the work, we check the quality of performance before paying for the services.

Inspections:

The administrators of our company will visit your property with a specified frequency and inspect the apartment after the eviction and before the settlement.

Rent:

We advertise the property and conduct viewings.

Tenant check:

We select tenants based on the place of work and recommendations.

Collection of rental payments:

We collect checks for the duration of the rental. If the tenant does not make the payment on time, we will send the necessary notices. Reasonable steps are taken to resolve disputes if payments are delayed.

Payments:

If necessary, such expenses as: loan/mortgage payments, insurance fees, and other fees can be deducted from the amount and / or paid.

Accounting:

Owner's funds and/or statements with original checks are sent to the Owner on the agreed date of each quarter/year.

Transfer of funds to the Owner:

We will credit you the rent to your account or send it by bank transfer (bank transfer fee will be deducted).
