JLT (Jumeirah Lakes Towers)

Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) is an area of high-rise towers around lakes between Dubai Marina and The Meadows and The Hills communities. Its master developer is DMCC; according to DMCC, JLT has 87 residential and office towers and about 100,000 residents.

The area is mixed-use: some towers have apartments, others offices, with shops, cafés and restaurants on the ground floors. There is a 55,000 sq m community park, football and basketball pitches, a jogging track and padel courts. JLT is served by two metro stations.
