1. About these terms. The website dubai-realty.com and its English and Arabic versions are owned by Elite & Luxury Real Estate LLC, a real estate brokerage in Dubai, UAE ("we"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Information only. Materials on the website are not a public offer or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We are a real estate brokerage, not a developer.

3. Prices and data are for reference. Prices, payment plans, handover dates, availability, percentages, returns, exchange rates and market data are stated as of the date of publication. They may change depending on the market, developer decisions and legislation, and may contain inaccuracies. Past results and market data do not guarantee future results.

4. Dubai Land Department data. We show transaction and price data with the source and date. Figures we calculate from these data are for reference; official information is held by the Dubai Land Department.

5. Your decisions. Before buying, check the terms with the developer and in the transaction documents – the contract, payment plan and registration documents. Visa decisions are made by government authorities.

6. Images. Renderings, floor plans and project photos are provided by developers or taken before completion and may differ from the finished property.

7. Links to other websites. The website links to developers, government bodies and other organisations. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Copyright. Texts, photos, videos and design of the website belong to us or to rights holders who have permitted their use. Materials may be copied only with our written consent and a link to dubai-realty.com.
