Chic Tower

The upscale 41-story Chic Tower, designed by developer DAMAC Properties in collaboration with world-renowned jewelry brand de GRISOGONO, is set to be a stunning highlight of Business Bay. To create a unique image, the elite skyscraper will have a cascade of undulating terraces inspired by the waves of the Dubai Water Canal. The terraces will descend from a stepped roof, through which water will flow from one pool to another.

At the same time, both the interior and exterior design of Chic Tower will draw on de Grisogono's jewelry design, with the main concept of the skyscraper centered around turquoise, reminiscent of one of the world's most beloved gemstones.

The signature complex overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Canal offers a selection of carefully crafted studios and 1-2 bedroom apartments. Each property will be complemented by an equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony from where homeowners can enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the famous city.
