Nautica Complex is a new luxury complex in Dubai Maritime City from the famous developer Select Group. Among the developer's projects: Jumeirah Living Business Bay, Marina Gate, Peninsula, etc. Select Group plans to complete the construction of the Nautica complex in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The coastal project will include two separate towers with modern facades, Nautica One and Nautica Two, with a height of 48 floors. The new Nautica Towers offer for sale a limited collection of apartments with 1-2 bedrooms, with a total area of 57 sq. m. up to 96 sq. m. All residences will include a balcony, an equipped kitchen area, a laundry room and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms.
