Rixos Dubai Islands Hotel & Residences is a Nakheel project with Excelsior Real Estate on Dubai Islands, off Dubai's northern coast – the first luxury hotel and residential offering on the islands. Residences include 1–3-bedroom apartments with large overhanging terraces, 4-bedroom duplexes with private pools, beach houses with gardens and ten villas, all with sea views. Residents have lounges, hotel-style lobbies, infinity pools, a spa and a fitness centre. Dubai Islands comprises five islands with 20 km of beaches, about 20 minutes from downtown Dubai according to the developer.
