Volta by DAMAC Properties is a fresh development in a block next to Sheikh Zayed Road in Downtown Dubai. The luxurious 60-storey complex was developed by DAMAC Properties. The Volta architecture was developed in collaboration with world-renowned specialists from Gensler. It is expected that the property in the complex will be ready for occupancy in March 2028.

The building includes: a common ground floor with a lobby, a 60-storey tower with living spaces and common areas with amenities and a separate podium on 13 levels with a luxurious rooftop pool.

Residences with 1-2 bedrooms will be located on the lower levels of the complex, and spacious deluxe apartments with 3-4 bedrooms will be located at the top of the tower. The area of residences varies from 62 sq. m. m up to 201 sq. m. Also in the complex there is an opportunity to buy a whole floor.
