The Acres is a luxurious community of exclusive villas that will spread out on the territory of Dubiland. The developer is Meraas, a well-known developer in the UAE. It is planned to build up the community in several stages. The first villas will be ready for occupancy in October 2027.

After completion, it will be a full—fledged multifunctional area with many amenities, a school, a mosque, shops, parks and other entertainment and social facilities.

Lost Gardens has a treehouse with an observation deck, a public pavilion for events, playgrounds and parks for walking pets. A mejlis in the garden, forest terraces, workshops for creativity and a clubhouse will be organized on the territory of this cluster. Perfumer Garden allows you to enjoy exquisite compositions — here you will find an art garden and several gardens for relaxation. On the territory of the Edible Gardens, you can not only relax in the public garden, but also try fruits in the fruit or herb garden. There is a playground for children.

The project territory will have all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable life. After the construction of The Acres is completed, next to your house there will be an elementary school, a mosque, a public HALO PARK, two club houses — one of them on the shore of the lagoon. While the construction of the community has not yet been completed, it is possible to use infrastructure facilities on the territory of neighboring communities. The community is being built surrounded by important highways. Residents at The Acres will have direct access to Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street and Emirates Road. Along these highways, a trip to any area of the emirate takes 30-40 minutes. 

Guests can relax in the Global Village, which is a 10-minute drive away. Trump International Golf Club is about a 20-minute drive away. If you plan to attend an event at the Dubai Opera or take a walk in the Dubai Mall, the journey time will take half an hour.

It takes about 35 minutes to drive to Dubai Marina, where you can stroll along the boardwalks and admire the views of the Arabian Gulf. The beaches in Jumeirah, such as Madinat Jumeirah, are half an hour away.
