The Acres

The Acres is a Meraas community of standalone villas in Dubailand, with about 1,200 three- to seven-bedroom villas set amid gardens, featuring open-plan layouts, double-height living spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows; every home has an expansive rear garden and dedicated outdoor rooms. In 2024 Meraas released over 200 more three- to five-bedroom villas from 3,048 to 6,001 sq ft. Planned amenities include a nursery, a school, a clinic, mosques, clubhouses and retail, a 2,000 sq m Edible Garden, walking and biking trails, an outdoor gym, playgrounds, swimming pools and sports areas.
