Central Park

Central Park at City Walk is a Meraas residential neighbourhood at City Walk, near Satwa and Downtown Dubai, with terraced mid-rise buildings around a 40,000 sq m private park. At launch the project comprised 12 buildings with 187 one- to four-bedroom units overlooking the park, with a concierge lobby and two large rooftop terraces in the buildings; the park is car-free. Amenities include tennis and basketball courts, swimming pools, spas, cafés and a multi-purpose kids' play area.
