Vela Viento Dorchester Collection

Vela Viento by Omniyat is a two-tower project on the Marasi Bay waterfront in Business Bay, next to Vela and The Lana, designed by Foster + Partners with interiors by Gilles & Boissier and residences managed by Dorchester Collection. It has 92 residences, each with its own landscaped terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Marasi, the Dubai Canal, Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai. Planned features include two four-bedroom penthouses and three duplexes with a "hanging" dining room in the bridges between the towers, amenities at 100 metres with an infinity pool, a double-height gym, a yoga studio and lounges, and an indoor lap pool, a children's pool and a spa on the podium.
